Cashflow is the rent you collect minus everything the property costs you. Positive means the property pays its own way. Negative means you top it up each week.
Take the rent for the weeks the property is let, subtract the yearly costs of owning it, then subtract your yearly loan interest. Divide by 52 to see it weekly.
Worked example: $566 a week, let for 50 weeks, is $28,300. Less $6,000 of costs leaves $22,300 a year, about $429 a week, before your loan interest.
